| I don't think you need a pull type, like the previous poster said, you hook the chain onto the actual plow, not the tractor in front and run the chain under the tractor. You'll need some type of backhoe in the field anyway, why not use it to help you pull? With our setup, we don't have to pre-rip. We stopped pre-ripping because we thought the runs we pre-ripped didn't settle as quickly and we are no-till.
