| Go for it.... lease rate based on isu county average is always cheap. And the tile will pay for itself easy in ten years.
Maybe just to be safe have two or three attorney's go over the lease agreement to be sure it's up to snuff. Get them to give you their legal opinion in writing so it's on them if the lease doesn't hold up.
Having first right of refusal to buy would be good... but to me it wouldn't be a deal breaker if the landlord doesn't want to give it to you. | |
