NW KS/ SC ID | I allways heard that the "universal do-all" extinguishers arent as good as fighting any certain type of fire, just adequate for all.
would a BC rated extinguisher be more effective in vehicle fires? I would think one would care less about the ditch grass burning (A) and more concerned about engine fluids (B) and electrical (C) than anything.
that said, I have a vehicle sized Kidde ABC rated extinguisher I carry in my gooseneck pickup. Made in mexico which I am not big on, but oh well. | |
