I lucked out when replacing my L2 426 and was able to get a 426 from Worthington. I found several N5 426 motors for 1/2 the price of a L2 426 but it looked like I would have to change everything from the exhaust down to the crank pulley. It looked like more work than I wanted to do. Good luck with your switch.
