Put new fuel in it. If I were working on this, I would completely drain the fuel. Get it tested. It could have gas, water, or acid in it. Then ck fuel pressure. 25-35 psi fuel pressure is required, this is set by the overflow valve, that is at the return line, going back to the tank on pump. The Bosch inline pumps are extremely reliable. This is not a normal situation.
