Best way is take what it cost new vs what it will actually SELL for now (forget what the dealer is asking), divided by acres.
Watched a 1770NT 24 row bulk fill JD sell for ~ $50k yesterday in Esterville, IA at a dealer liquidation auction.
Big late model planters are gonna be the same as big late model combines moving forward.
Wow, unless there was something really ugly about that planter, that was a helluva buy. Or else the hundreds of 1770NTs on Tractorhouse are going to need to take a haircut.
