"here" you are allowed 3-5% red fuel. So IF you have 30 gallons of red in a 1000 gallon tank you have 3%. If worried, empty tank, add 50 gallon clear, put that mix in a farm tractor, add another 50 gallon clear & put that in a truck , & fill tank with clear. Your bulk man uses the same tanks for both every day.
