I run a 6-30 on a class 7 7010. With 2 semis and a cart it's a nice match. If your head is capable of high ground speeds it's nice to be able to make a half mile pass easily without dumping. In my case any larger head would hurt my bph in all but really low yield corn. My point is grain flow and harvest management should be a larger factor in head size on corn than combine capacity.
