Our superb 32e heat and cool was about .20 c/bu. at 10 points and 1.35 LP cost. 2 cents/point.
Not as many bu / hour as I hoped it could, but some of our corn was froze before black layer, and created plenty of fines.
We dry at about 210 degrees.
I like the idea of the NECO, looks like FarmerFrank has some good numbers.
