Yes. Good help really is that hard to find. Most people worth hiring already have a job. I have a couple very talented guys who work part time each, because they have their own farm or job, but I'm glad to have them even if for only a few hours because they care.
Most labor is Mexican here, because they know that you need to work to get paid. Lot of other people just want to skip that pesky work part and go right to getting paid. | |
