Dennison, IL | <p>How long did you try to start it? From my experience and my opinion isn't worth much, It sounds like you have air in the fuel system since you haven't any codes... It still could be the ECM. How many hours? From my experience with the 12.5 it's a loss of prime thing. I went around and around with Deere dealer on this. They're not fun to get started. Ours would do it after one day sitting, to maybe not for a whole year..... I drove our tractor off the assembly line at Deere and they forgot to put fuel in it and it ran out. It took them, with all the tools needed, 25 minutes to get it started and using ether on a brand new engine and lots of cranking. I think there's a return line that needs to be pinched off to aid the process.. Hopefully that's your problem.... I just had the same thing happen on a 07' Mack semi... Lost prime sitting in the shed. I didn't replace anything and it's starting fine now. knock on wood..</p>
