SE South Dakota | Early this summer I replaced two of the bags on my '95 IHC. A reasonably easy job. The bags were about $140 each. A lot better that the truck now keeps the air up. Just run a garden hose over the top of the air bags. They leak thru the rusted steel plate on the top. That way you can get the right number of repair bags the first time. I needed two trips to the parts store.
The blue wrench was needed.
