Google Schumacher lifters or Flexifinger lifters. We used them on rigid and draper heads for harvesting peas. Lifters work very well. Trying the Flexifinger lifters for the first time this year.

The stripper header suggestion is obviously from someone that has never seen lodged peas. We have had very good crops of peas lodge so badly that the highest point of crop above the ground is at ankle level. Not fun to harvest.
