I had an innoculant failure last year (in my opinion, not the seed companies though) and didn't do anything (like adding urea). Beans yielded half or less than neighbors across the fence. I would try, and hope for the best, as doing nothing will get you next to nothing. Beans stopped growing about the 10th of July, they placed quite a few pods, but plant was only 16" tall.
