Central Nebraska | Don't have knowledge of payment rate, but I do sit on our zoning board and can advise on that side. It is the cell company who will do the legwork on the permits needed, the landowner dosen't need to worry about that. I am sure if they already have towers in your county they know the rules already and your ground must fit the needs. I would ask for conditions in the contract about removal of tower if not needed or obsolete or when the contract ends and ask about a removal bond. We have some landowners stuck with a tower in their fields after the company went broke. The landowner now foots the bill for the lights and is responsible for removal and liability. | |
