Several lakes above us. ACOE would drop the lakes to Winter Pool in August regardless of rainfall. Add in a heavy rain up flow and we would lose hundreds of acres without even a drop of rain falling on the crop. It is a hopeless feeling. Always last of August and great crop. Never lost a bad crop. ):
ACOE is a hard nut to crack. TVA should be easier. Of course that is relative.
