We are using it on our dry urea and 28%, local coop had a meeting about it in Feb if you listened to the presentation you'd understand it more. Does it work? Our stuff looks pretty good! The theory makes sense anyhow, lots of the guys around us are using it on urea instead of using ESN because its signifigantly cheaper.
