Central Kansas | Like to see those other pictures but I'm inclined to agree with 9670 that it is not dicamba. What we need is a pic of the necrosis on the sick plants. On the explanation it sounds like some residual herbicide problem coming up through the soil but once again gonna need to see those pics first. Could this be near a oil well? Have seen saltwater runoff from tank battery do some nasty things to alfalfa.
