feelnrite, I dont' get that Roy is saying everything is rosy. It stands to reason that other feedstuffs will follow with the price of corn up or down. The corn/DDG I buy is $20/ton higher than at this time last year. If it keeps going up through the winter then it will probably add another $20 before spring. Maybe I should have bought a semi load delivered last fall instead of paying the cash price on a pickup load every couple weeks. BTW, I sold some 11 weight steers last week for $81.50. I sold their bigger brothers back in Aug. They weighed 1030 and brought $104.50 In hindsight, I should'a took 'em along on the deal last summer, but I cut off the smallest 2 because I didn't have room on the trailer.
