Yeah, start with your extension office or if you have a Cattlemen's Association or a NRCS office of some type they'll point you in the right direction. Also, more info is needed, such as - annual rainfall, types of grasses, carrying capacity, and the amount of ground you have available to graze. I have seen first hand the benefits of rotational grazing in my neck of the woods (western NoDak) however I also know from reading here that rotation strategies will change dependant on your location.
