East Central Ia | Mostly it was software issues. When I first started everything was working great until I downloaded the info to make sure.
It recorded elevation, speed, etc, etc but not yield!?!?
Every time I shut it off and reopened the same field it would reset the acres so all the calculated numbers were way off.
Trimble released a software update to fix these issues... And they didn't fix the issues!
When I started harvesting if I didn't immediately open a new load it would not log any data.
I watched it like a hawk on one field that is all weighted across a scale. I had three varieties in the field. It said one was averaging 180, one 185, and one 190...(not exact numbers) But the whole field was averaging 205? At the end of the day non of the numbers were within 10% of actual...
All my records loaded into my software but were off by like 30%...
