on the sequencing valve their are two bolts with nuts on the threads. One is for the up speed adjustment and one is for the drop adjustment. Put your tractor hyd flow back to normal and do your speed adjustment at the planter. I have set up a lot of theses planters and the restrictors all came from the factory turned wide open.
