SW Illinois | we have a '03 mx 210 that is engaging the PTO very hard. It is shearing a 3/8 grade 8 shear bolt on a ditcher on start up. The dealer claims it is because we don't have the proper metric shear bolt.
It only does it after the PTO has been turned on and off several times, as if the clutch pack is getting warm and engaging sooner. Putting long road trips on it and then engaging the PTO won't cause an issue, only multiple cycles of the PTO does.
Has anyone else seen similar issues with this series? | |
