190-200 is perfect operating temp. Not sure on that model but later Cat's didn't have the fan come on till 205*.
If you already bought it, all you can do is wait and see. Then if its running too warm, get a larger radiator. You can get a "feedlot" style if you feel you need it, but I would maybe doubt you would. They just have fewer fins per inch and a little heavier gauge fins.
