Deere and Co. would really like it if you didn't use the term "SCV" in reference to that junk a$$ EHR unit that CNH is building.
Yes there are issues with the valves.
If retorqueing the valve stack, updating EHR controller software to version 1.4.0.0 and running Auxilary calibration doesn't fix it, replace it.
