I made my own muffler eliminator out of exhaust fittings from the parts house and a few minutes MIG welding it all together. I couldn't notice a sound difference inside the cab. As cheap as they are, I'd probably order one however, I just needed something right then and didn't want to wait to get a muffler. Seems Sloans or Shoup had them reasonably priced.
