Corn will usually use .25- .30" per day unless you have extremely high evapotranspiration rates so at 2.5" per week you will be able to apply .35" per day and with a conservative factor of 90% efficiency you will get .32" to the ground. Should be plenty.
Don't worry at all about fertilizer in the water. It is so diluted there is never a risk for leaf burn.
