NWMN | I installed an Ontrac 2 last spring and got the same error message. When I called support they told me the wiring chart was printed with an error on it. It was a little complicated but they walked me through it and got me up and running. I would call support back and ask them to email you a current wiring diagram that comes with the unit. My guess is if yours is more than a year old the diagram was printed with the same mistake mine was. The fix was simple, all I had to do was turn two of the connections around, the trick was to figure out which two connections support was talking about. Also if I remember right the connections were already plugged in improperly on the harness right out of the box so don't think it was something you did wrong, it came that way. | |
