had a that problem also. slowed down the motor speed and that helped some. later found out that it would be worse on cold mornings until the t2 and the steering motor warmed up. would disengage all the time also when cold. found out that my older t2 controller needed a physical upgrade on the power side. sent it in and got it done and was fine after that.
