Subject: HAS ANYONE SEEN THIS? TRU COUNT

I installed new Meter-Mount Tru-Count clutches on our Case IH 1250 two years ago. I was checking things over Saturday and found that all the "catch" hubs looked pretty sad. My hubs have the 16 catches on them instead of the older 6 catches that they used to use. This idea sounds good because the clutch will disengage quicker but it appears that there isnt enough room for the plunger to get way down when the air comes and it is damaging the "high spots" These things only have 2000 acres and im thinking about replacing them already. I also found one of the sliders was broke.

Does anybody have any thoughts on this or has anybody seen this before?
