the combine is a '09 model, they tell me it is auto steer ready. from what i've read here, it may be possible to use the trimble 500 and a nav II controller to make the autosteer work?? is it possible?? would i be able to yield map with this setup? i'm thinking i may be able to save a few bucks this way over buying john deere gps equipment (i'm cheap).
