Jewell County KS
Thanks for the replys. I thinking you meant a 1988 built engine.

I had a guy come out and cleared the codes and I then put a new coolant sensor in. Started it up and no lights. I went back the next day a started it and check engine light and then stop engine light and then into shutdown mode. Checked codes and 16 and 43 returned started tracing wires and found a coolant level module up in the dash. Monkeyed with it, cleaned its contacts and started again and no lights. Ran it on the field cultivator for 4 hours or so and all is good. Power and ground and signal ,probe and probe ground wires all check out good so ordered a module and hopefully that will fix it up. My only concern was signal output to the ECU from module was only 1.8 volts. I figures it should be closer to 5V but IDK.

Should be in last of this week.

Thanks
