| I bought a 7120 combine last year and it came with a 262 and a nav 2. We have a MX 210 that was not auto steer ready. We had our dealer put the auto steer kit on. When the delivered our tractor back last spring it was ready to go. I planted our beans. I put the components back in combine and cut wheat. Once I finished wheat I put components back in tractor to plant our double crop beans. The pro 600 would not engage the auto steer and it was saying NAV position. Called the tech out. He had to hook up lap top and tell the system that the position of the nav was different from the "standard" position. I planted beans then installed components back into combine to harvest beans. Today I took components out of combine and put back into tractor. Same story. Monitor said NAV position. Another visit from the tech to change NAV orientation with the lap top.
My question is.....can we do anything to save the settings in the tractor? I dont have to have the tech to come out when I put the NAV back into the combine. Only after putting it back into the tractor.
