I just added a pair to an old Case 930 chore tractor. Very easy to use. They are sometimes on Ebay.

Also you can buy just the lever couplings individually without the dust cover and mounting bracket. They may work on a hard pipe mounted system as the couple can move forward when the lever is pulled with out being held by the bracket.
