Hastings, Florida | <p>Bought a water pump for a big cam Cummins. While still at the dealership counter, opened box to look at the new idler pulley that was furnished with the pump. Picked it up by the pulley , and the housing fell to the floor. It came apart. Partsman smiled, said he guessed the warranty was still good, since it had not left the building. Gave me another one, it lasted as long as the truck.</p>
