Not sure what a fair rate would be but why.would her property taxes go up? Its your pivot and on your land...all because you are now renting the land from her and the.pivot has the ability to irrigate her ground doesn't mean her taxes should go up. At least not in my eyes but I don't deal with pivots or irrigation at all so I really don't know. Good luck!
