| I would agree with your son. I have a MacBook I use for college work. Can do anything and everything! Recently, I bought an iPad for the farm management aspect. It works great on the Internet. I now use it for almost everything except writing papers. It almost took the place of the MacBook. I have a couple great apps I like for the farm. Only had it a couple months but have started spray logs, spray history, amounts of fert applied when strip tilling on every field. Even has an app that tells you how to load the sprayer with correct amount of chemical. You creat a 'profile' for every field and can than make notes for a certain field. Plan to use it for irrigation history, and planting dates and pops too. I don't think you would be disappointed | |
