SK.. in Frozen Cold Western Canada | Exactly as John says.. THE most likely cause would be a 'mal-adjusted' Brake Switch.. ** IF set Too Close, and you brush the pedal, or hit a bump and it moves it may cut out!!
Other than that, would be a loose connector most likely.. Being a 2011 would you not be Warranty Covered still..?? Although many well paid 'techs' are guessing as such seems these days.. :-/
