i did a 48' inverted T pad last summer. we dug footer and laid rebar ourself, then concrete man came and poured. then we built inside wall and filled with #57's , laid rebar ourself and concrete man came and poured and finished. $2000 labor for the pour, $2500 for rebar, $8200 for 100 yards of 4000 psi concrete, $1000 for rock
