John Deere does. Just installed one in our 9520T this summer. Works very well. Doesn't work in a 9000 series with PTO or 24 spd transmission though. Got mine for about $175. Alot of money for a bit of metal but it works and fits very well. Its pictured in the first picture in the link to a previous discussion about this that someone posted.

When making my own, I always take metal a bit thicker than what I think i need because there always seems to be alot of vibration in the cab.
