| We planted this hybrid Pioneer 0461 last spring and ended with a horrible stand 1/3 emerged, 1/3 leafed underground, 1/3 rotted in the ground. Talked to the dealer and he made things right...very happy on that.
Here is where it got interesting...I was out of my local area last week and got to talking to a farmer in northern iowa who doesn't plant pioneer but got talked into p0461. This farmer had the same issue I had.
I like pioneer seed, I'm just curious if this was a fluke deal for two farmers or if this was a hybrid that should have made it into the incinerator instead of a Probox. | |
