Northmo you are dead wrong. You think everyone is farming with cash on owned land that is successful? I hate to break it to you but I believe most farmers rent at least some land and most have some type of operating note. Our operation would need $5 million in cash to operate and our land base would be worth north of $45-$50 million if we owned it all. Why would I bother to farm with that type of asset base?
