| Aren't these guys supposed to be the smartest guys in the room? To an extent you are right, $7 corn should be close to a no brainer to at least stay in business and our generous crop insurance certainly took lots of the sting away from the short crop. Like others have said there are plenty of ways for that profit to go away due to circumstances. However, if there was a time when the Lash and similar business models were going to work wouldn't you think it would be during a period of generally high profitability. | |
