Just make sure the employee knows they are not building anything towards social security that they can draw later. Might be something that works better for a part timer with another job where they pay withholdings. They may even want to have grain delivered to the elevator on a DP contract, and they can play the market a little bit themselves. Saves a trip to the casino, right? | |
