I like this program. It will just make a copy of the original and it allows you to make a 100kb picture of different sizes for posting on AgTalk. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/desktop/image_editing/light_image_resizer.cfm It's free and easy to use. Once installed it's added to your right click menu. So click on the picture you want to resize and a menu pops up, click on Light Image Resizer and then choose the size you want the picture.
