$100 or less, where, not here for sure. Been runnig dozer on some pasture that the new big farmer paid $310 up front for. Lot of junk being rented by them in the 275-425 range. Have not heard of them renting any of the better ground around yet, but with what they are paying for junk, it wouldn't surprise me to see some 500's 0n bottom two teirs of counties in central Iowa. Paying as much rent in two years as most of this ground would have sold for two years ago.
