SE Nebraska | I would say if the weather situation doesn't show major signs of improving, 1/4 crop for us would be wishful thinking. Things are very bad here, and I know other areas in our state are even worse off. Our state weatherman was on the radio yesterday. He said that this looks like it could be the driest 12 month period in history for us. Watching the dust bowl show the other day gave me a very bad feeling, and the weatherman is saying it will be worse now in terms of lack of precip. | |
