Yes it will, not sure of the PN, but you will need the NMEA out cable for the 250. It pins into the deutsch connector on the back of 250 or you can get the "all ports" cable that will give you all the outputs ports that the 250 is capable of. You need to set the 250 NMEA out settings... can't remember what those are for sure. It should work fine.
