Subject: RE: Hagie 2100 sprayer

Seymour, IL
I have run a 2100 for the past 4 seasons. I have been very happy with it. I upgraded to this from a 284, so the all air ride suspension was huge, and the level floor cab was a nice upgrade as well. The twin 500 tanks allow me to spray an 80 comfortably at 10 gpa without having to have the tanks to the tip top.

I have 3000 hours on the sprayer, and only have had to do regular maintenance. However the front legs had been upgraded before I got the machine. i am probably due to have the leg bushings and teflon checked; and I will be rebuilding the liquid pump this winter.

The downside (that I believe was addresses on the DTS/STS machines is the boom design. I weld up a couple of cracks every year. I would love to find some salvage machines to buy upgraded boom parts from.....

I do not know how many hours is too many. As long as you keep up the maintenance, they should go a long time
