It's not all that bad from a paperwork standpoint, especially if you are lucky enough to have a person at the FSA office who knows what they're doing.  It's more just simply irritating than a real hassle, and like you say, the rates are very attractive.  We've had two bin loans and gotten along very well with them.  I'd recommend going for it if it fits in your operation.
